Our Cookie Story
Cookies are the quiet one in our menu. Cupcakes get the birthday candles. Cakes get the wedding photos. Cookies just sit there in a box, waiting for someone to open it.
We started baking them years ago because customers kept asking if we had anything small. Something that fits in a lunch bag. Something a kid can bring to school without worrying about nut allergies. That is how our cookie line started, and it has grown into six flavours.
The way we bake them has not changed much. Real butter, small batches, and a hand scoop for every cookie so they come out roughly the same size. No box mix, no shortcuts. When a batch is done, it cools on a rack for a few minutes, and then it goes into a box.
Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate are the two that disappear first. Oatmeal Raisin and Oatmeal Coconut have their own crowd, usually people who grew up with them. Snickerdoodle is the one people take one bite of and then ask us which one that was. Black and White is for anyone who remembers getting them in a New York deli.
You can order cookies in packs of six, and if you want to try a few flavours, ask us about mixing. We do not always have every flavour on the shelf, but most of the time we can make a fresh batch with a couple of days notice.
That is the cookie story. Nothing fancy. Just the way we do it.
