Swirls offers custom cupcakes, cakes and cookies for catered events. Weddings, birthdays, corporate work, christenings, showers. All of it is nut free. Most custom orders need at least a week of notice, so if you are planning something big, get in touch early.

Wedding Cupcakes and Cakes

We work with the couple to make cakes and cupcakes that fit the theme of the day, not just taste good. You pick the flavours and the style, we handle the rest. Prices depend on the level of detail, the number of servings, the materials and the flavours. Consultations with one of our decorators are available by appointment.

Special Occasion Cakes and Cupcakes

First birthdays, baptisms, confirmations, bar and bat mitzvahs, baby showers, retirement parties. We can build a cake that becomes the centrepiece of the table, or pull together a cupcake spread that fits the theme.

We make three dimensional cakes, pull-apart cupcake cakes, custom fondant and gumpaste decor. If you have a photo of something you like, send it over and we will tell you what we can do. Custom orders usually need at least a week of notice.

Edible Images

Add a personal photo or a company logo to your cupcakes or cake. Cupcake images are printed one per dozen, so a box of twelve gets one image. Send us a high resolution JPEG at least 24 hours before the order is due. We do not edit or retouch the photos you send, so pick a clear one.

Event and Party Favours

Individually boxed cupcakes and individually wrapped cookies, ready to hand out to guests. A nice way to thank people for coming. We can match the colours and packaging to your event.

Corporate Orders

For offices, product launches, client dinners and staff events. We print company logos or colours on cakes, cupcakes and cookies. We can also build pull-apart cupcake cakes shaped like a logo or a product.

Delivery

Pick up at one of our locations, or have it delivered. We deliver across the GTA and further out for bigger orders. Tell us the date, time and address and we will send a quote.

Set Up and Stand Rentals

We can set up your cakes and cupcakes on site for a fee. We also rent cupcake stands in different sizes and styles. Rental fees depend on the stand, and a deposit is required. The deposit comes back if the stand is returned within 5 business days and undamaged.

All custom and catering orders require a 50 percent non refundable deposit at least 1 week before the event date, and full payment at least 72 hours before the order is due.

No refunds or credits on orders cancelled or modified within 72 hours of the due date.
