These terms cover how you can use our website and how orders work when you buy from us. By placing an order or browsing the site, you agree to them.

Orders

We do our best to have everything available, but from time to time an item may sell out or the kitchen may be at capacity. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as we can and suggest an alternative or a refund.

Custom orders are confirmed only after we have reviewed the details. If something is not clear, we will reach out before starting work.

Pricing and payment

Prices on the website are in Canadian dollars and include the amount shown at checkout. If we notice an obvious error in a price, we may cancel the order and refund you. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure processor.

Photos and descriptions

We try to keep photos and descriptions accurate, but cakes and cupcakes are made by hand, so small variations in colour, decoration and shape are normal. These are part of the product, not a defect.

Allergies

Our kitchen is nut free. That means we do not use nuts, and we take steps to prevent cross contact. If you have other allergies, such as dairy, eggs, gluten or soy, tell us when you order. Some products may not be suitable for you, and we will be honest about what we can and cannot do.

Intellectual property

The text, photos and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. If you want to share a photo of an order on social media, that is always welcome.

Our site may link to other websites, such as social media or map services. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the new version will appear on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
