Delivery Policy

We deliver across Toronto and the surrounding areas. Same day delivery is sometimes possible for small orders, but most deliveries are scheduled at least a day ahead.

Where we deliver

We cover Toronto and the nearby neighbourhoods. For larger orders, weddings and corporate events, we can travel further depending on the date and the size of the order. Ask us when you place the order and we will confirm.

When we deliver

Deliveries are booked in time slots, usually in the morning or early afternoon. If you need a specific time, tell us when you order and we will do our best to match it. Same day delivery depends on how full the schedule is, so earlier is always better.

How it works

We deliver in our own vehicle, not through a courier. Cakes and cupcakes travel in boxes with non slip mats, and we drive carefully. If anything is fragile or needs to stay cool, we will pack it accordingly.

For deliveries to offices, venues or anywhere with a front desk, please give us a name and a phone number so the driver can reach the right person.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees depend on distance and the size of the order. We will confirm the fee when you place the order, before anything is charged. Pickup at the shop is always free.

If something goes wrong

If a delivery arrives late or the order is damaged, let us know the same day and send a photo if you can. We will sort it out, whether that means a refund, a redo, or store credit.
